I think you would agree that the struggles and drama in Vincent’s life defined his art…as it does with most of us..eh?

So much I could say about the art world..especially the business side of it, but I’ll refrain today. :O

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve thought of quitting!!!

I’m not trying to ‘not sell any as a statement’ or anything it’s just that so far no one has accepted the reasonable price of $500.00 dollars I’ve put on my recent oil paintings.

Considering I’ve spent 20 years as a starving artist and paid for six years of full time college, a few hundred dollars is a pittance!

I’m becoming a famous artist whether the world likes it or not, my name and my art are already all over the internet. people know me as an artist all over the world, I’m about to put an all out effort in selling my work soon!!

I also read your most recent post too…and I’m wondering if you sell your artwork? If so, who comes up with the price? How do you feel about selling your artwork?
