We don't prescribe to any particular religion in the Chili household (I suspect I fall somewhere near the pagan end of the religious spectrum), but I love Easter nonetheless. It's hopeful, and I like hopeful. I try to live in hopeful and, honestly, it's hard to live there at the end of New England winters. I'm ready for spring - bring it on! The chocolate doesn't hurt, either... I love Easter.
