You don’t have to be ‘as good as’ in anything you do, just do what you do as good as you can and you’ll find that passionate serenity I believe. 

- This is the message of my teaching, both in academia AND in yoga.  Your &quot;good enough&quot; IS good enough (though there&#039;s an argument for never &quot;settling,&quot; I do believe in the beauty of contentment).

Therefore he who knows that enough is enough will always have enough.

Isn&#039;t this a beautiful sentiment?  I just wrote a post about glass-half-full.  I have enough.</description>
