Pray for Lynn or sod off
A long time ago I got my first tattoo, on that very same night I met the first real love of my life. I was a volunteer disc jockey at a college near to the military base i was stationed at and she heard me on the air and was gutsy enough to want to meet me. I had no expectations, I didn’t have anything else to do and we clicked and ended up getting engaged before, some years later, it all crumbled and we parted ways.
I became an art student after I got out of the military because Lynn was an art student and quite frankly, I may not have been the artist you know me as today without following her lead.
I was always an artist but never considered it as a career, but two years into being an art student I was hooked and made a vow to be a great artist.
Great has nothing to do with money or fame, it has everything to do with being true to your self, which is exactly why we loved punk rock.
I am honored to have met and loved such an original creative person.
I’ve had a long slow adolescence and plenty of time alone to contemplate all the things I did but I have no regrets. She must have sensed a kindred spirit in me as neither of us had easy paths to walk down, and not because life dealt us a poor hand but rather we wanted to raise the degree of difficulty and not settle for some mediocre level of satisfaction.
We wanted that "blaze of glory" that Nancy spoke of in "Sid and Nancy", and trust me, we WERE the Sid and Nancy of Columbus Mississippi in the mid to late 80’s…
I think Lynn needs our help and if you would just think a positive thought about her it would mean a lot to me as she has a lot of love for this world.
Say what you want about Sid and Nancy, the people not the movie, but they truly loved each other and when all is said and done that means everything. All the fame and the fashion shouldn’t overshadow the fact that they were human and there was always a chance they could have grown out of the mess they got themselves into, but would they have inspired generations to come to not be ordinary as life isn’t about being safe and obedient.
Here’s to Lynn, still the coolest chick in the world..

Sending out prayers of bright white- good health, good fortune and love for her. May her path open up and clear of the entanglments that have been blocking her success and may the right choices make themselves clear.
Send into her path the right people, spirits and situations to bring her the help she needs and help her to be aware of it when it comes so that she will be open to the assistance she is being given.
In the name of all that is love,
Amen.
