Sunrise – sunset – it’s all a dance
I love the warm weather that springtime brings, I can now get up at the crack of dawn walk down to the beach and catch the sunrise without freezing! I just heard David Wilcock say (on an mp3) that what we’ve been taught about the sun in science classes isn’t the whole truth, in fact he thinks stars are actually alive and when a star collapses and dies it is actually ascending to be one with The Creator.

I don’t dismiss poetic theories and since kids generally paint the sun with a smiley face it sounds good enough for me, after all I’m not going to do any scientific experiments in space so why should I have to accept the ‘mass of burning incandescent gas’ (and only that) theory.
I was the first one down the beach today, well, one of our lucky Keansburg dogs walked down the tide line before I did, but i was the first human today. Today the tide had stranded several crabs, the big scary horseshoe crabs and the spider-like ones with little claws and cute eyes.

I figured they would not attack me if I picked them up and put them back in the ocean so that’s what I did. I doubted that they were committing suicide and wanted to be left alone, in fact I felt like that was the decision I had to make, save them or not. It makes you feel good to do something nice, even if it’s symbolic, every little act of kindness makes the world that much better and you never know when that kindness will come back to remind you of the good karma you created.
Later I got an email from ‘Jack’, out of the blue after almost 20 yrs, a friend I wasn’t even supposed to have back then and was reminded of a kindness and inspiration. If I died today I would have no regrets, I did make a difference. Dannion Brinkley says that when you die, (and he has 3 times!) you have a life review and see what you said and did from the perspective of the people you interacted with and those you influenced. I look forward to this.
I spray painted a bunch of feathers and shells gold today for future projects and sketched this dancer on a canvas to be an oil painting. I really need a huge indoor space to do a giant painting or mural as I want to do a big dance painting like the giant ones of dancers in a ring by Henri Matisse but in my ‘more is more’ style!

and finally here’s todays sunset, that’s the Keansburg amusement park silhouetted there! I think thats what all those balloons aim for when they land here as it is kind of heaven for kids and balloons!

What a beautiful sunrise picture!
We put an addition on the house a few years ago, and we’re experiencing our first spring in our new bedroom. I’ve got a window in this one that I can see out of from my bed, and the other morning, I watched the light change as the sun came up on the trunks of the trees in our yard. It was centering.
