No big deal, lots of people were singing that night, all strangers, having a nice time singing by the piano. Then one of his friends said...hey, play that new song you just wrote... So he got out his guitar and said..."Its still new, I'm working on it, the name of the girl just keeps running through my mind, even though I don't know her, so I wrote this song." He sang it...and I just stared at him as his eyes turned to me. The name of the song...and the girl in it was Wendi Lynn which was MY name ( before I just got married.) It was WAY weird. That's a very true story. We stayed friends for a long, long time.
